Author Topic: Does anyone else here have certain days where they reset their sleeping pattern?  (Read 970 times)

Once every month I stay up all night and all day with out sleeping and then crash at 7 PM.
I have to do it because my sleeping pattern slowly forgets itself. Am I the only one who does this regularly?

My friend and I usually do this over summer and skype the entire time. He always crashes before me though.

My sleeping pattern is always the exact same. I go to sleep around 10-11 PM and wake up around 8-9 AM.

same thing except I go to bed at 9:30 and wake up at 7:00

It's currently 1pm, I've been awake since 3pm yesterday. No mine is totally fine.

My sleeping pattern varies by 2-3 hours on either end independently but I haven't had to reset it

I go to sleep from 11 - 11:30 (though it's not uncommon to have to wait until 12) and wake up 6:30 - 7:30

For example, this morning I went to bed past 12 and woke up around 7:15

whenever i stay up all night i just end up falling asleep in the morning, around 8:00-ish

wake up early, like around 7-8 am, the lost sleep will drag on you during the day but assuming you go out and do things during the day you'll be able to fall asleep quickly and easily provided you go to bed around 9-11 pm.

or pull an all nighter and use caffeine to keep alive and reset by going to bed at a normal time.


I stay up til 1 or 2 since its summer. weekends 3-5 and wake up whenever

12 am - 5 am every weekday for me, work at 7 am. Weekends I usually do 5 am - 2 pm but the weekends vary quite a bit.


i dont really have a set time i go to sleep or get up anymore
i just go to sleep whenever and then when i wake up i check the time if i can
if its early i go back to sleep (or try to, its really loud here), if irs mid day i see if i can go out and do something, if not i go back to sleep seeing as theres really nothing to do
