So in all seriousness, why do you guys insist on having a thread like this? Every single time in the past, without fail, the thread would get hatebombed by the entire community until Badspot locked the thread and banned the OP. I'm guessing Badspot is punishing us by leaving this thread up, probably for making fun of the way he draws research.
That or he just realizes that half of the demographic that Blockland appeals to are furries and threads like this are inevitable.
To anyone who doesn't submit to your weird fandom, furries are creepy love deviants and the artwork lies deep within the trenches of the uncanny valley. Stuff like this:

Is really loving creepy to normal humans. Nobody else on this forum insists on having a megathread devoted to their weird special interest, but you guys have gotten banned dozens of times in the past for making these threads and you just keep on making them until one sticks. Every time someone brings up the really, crazy weird things that furries do, there's always the argument that "oh, those are only the bad furries that look at research," or
"not all furries dress up in fursuits and have weird autism love."The argument that you're only a fan of "anthro artwork" is nonsensical creepy by itself. Yeah, things like Sequential Art and VG Cats both feature anthro characters and both are funny with interesting art styles. I wouldn't describe either as featuring "anthro artwork" or describe the comic as being "anthro." Anthropomorphization is a method that a lot of artists use to express a character's personality traits, but it isn't an art style in and of itself as furries insist.
You're branding yourself with the same label used by some of the most ostracized weirdos in society, reposting stuffty artwork of animal people, trying to pass off your weird special interest as a legitimate life style, and you act like you have no idea why people react to you with hostility. Threads like this don't help.
