I live around a load of dogs and such but I'm not flipping out wanting to kill them.

in my neighborhood there are a frickton of cats that just kinda wander around and stand in the middle of the road
they're not really a big problem unless they get in the backyard bc that makes my dog really angry, otherwise he doesn't mind them much
