honestly, marscott, i think the old drawing is better.
the newer ones have a serious case of Sidemouth Syndrome

yeah i was going to say this tbh
the old one is more stylized/simple/cartoony idk and i prefer styles like that to more detailed ones
but it just depends on how you prefer to draw so w/e

On a serious note I would only change the face if I feel like I need to.
Right now I feel like I achieved my goal of something that is not super goofy and cartoony, but not too realistic.
when I first got in to this I wanted to make something that I could imagine in a serious or comedic scene of a show or something when a look at my older stuff it looks like it would only work in a comedic fashion maybe even one that makes fun of the art. Also I thing the older drawing looks very flat and unnatural to me.
