Dragons can just kinda puff smoke without drugs though, so, do we win the game or loose it harder?

what if the smoke contained (going off the top of my head) rat poison, rocket fuel, formaldehyde (preserver) the stuff in mothballs, arsenic, gasoline, tire rubber, and 300 more harmful things?
