If it has shading, use a soft brush and smooth it over with a smoothing tool.

e.g. don't use paint.

like Kingdaro said they probably just want to put their name on everyones profile so they can be more noticed cause TBH, if you aren't a really good artist on there, its hard to get any attention towards you.

I guess 18 because you need a bank account in the US to open a paypal account. And the friends don't accept Argentine Pesos as currency.
