yes, i am in the steven universe fandom, but fandoms aren't really useful to people at all, except it may give people creativity or a place to go when they feel lonely, otherwise, fandoms, if they aren't helping a community or people, they aren't really useful at all.

Bronies have a few charity organizations aswell as furries. I don't know if any other fandoms do though.
