The small one's arms are the length of his entire body sans-head, which is the size of this torso.
His arms and legs are all different lengths from their counterparts.
Diaper special interest? Small child? Both? I have legitimately no idea.
The big one has one thick leg and one thin leg. He can touch his knees without having to bend over, which is an improvement on the small one who would probably be dragging his knuckles behind him if he wasn't doing something with them. The right arm is apparently muscled? or at least padded in some way. It's also facing with the elbow towards his right-arm-thick waist.
The X-Wing toy/model/other kind of toy is clearly bent around his hand, which is the silliest place to hold it from (seriously man you look like a goof). It's also fycking huge, being both the same size as the small one's torso and longer than the presumably adult's chest.
Conclusion: it's forgeted.
