I think the weird part is the appeal, it's a sandbox game, funny stuff happens.

Me and some bros went to some clan fortress and spammed dancing Riddler bombs all over it, it was funny as stuff.

i hated the "game" for just being a spammy mess of scripts running when you enter an area, and annoying lights and sounds everywhere.
it reminds me of early websites back in early 90s. where everyoe had a website full of dumb stuff they pasted in.
