would you guys say new leaf is better than past animal crossing games
i'm thinking of getting it and i'm trying to figure out how to gauge my potential interest to make a decision

The first Animal Crossing still has a great place in my heart but I'd say this game is really great. I feel like we're about one or two more games away from achieving "FULL CUSTOMIZATION NATION" which I'd really love. Being the Mayor feels really cool, and it IS cool! You can really get into making your town look beautiful. I mean to be honest I DID buy MySims for the Wii because I thought the wifi feature would be there, and aside from being a completely terrible game I can't help but say I did like the idea of building my own furniture. I hope that soon in Animal Crossing's future that the next time I go into someones house it'll never look the same as someone elses in terms of what furniture is in there. New Leaf is a good game all in all and I'd say the holidays / vacations are the best times to play, since you have a sense of homelyness, IN YOUR HOME! New Leaf is probably my favorite, surprisingly and sadly it bumped the Gamecube one down a notch, just beacuse I feel like we're getting closer and closer to a perfect Animal Crossing game ambition aside, although my childhood will never agree with me.
