Well, I have been thinking and I have came up with a very extreme replacement if Solid Snake does not come back, so bare with me.

Game of origin: Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare , Modern Warfare 2 [lets just leave MW3 out of this
Special B sideways: M21 shot
Special B down: C4 plant
Special B up: Adrenaline Jump [pretty much all of the "JUMP FOR IT" moments]
Deflect: Riot Shield
Standard sideways: Punch
Standard up: Combat Knife
Standard down: Stomp-ish type attack
Heavy attack sideways: Breach Charge
Smash ball attack: Since we are hinted at a possibility of having alternate Smash ball attacks, I have come up with 2
Choice 1#: Gains a Juggernaut suit and HMG. [works like a metal box, except the user gains less knockback, less damage, and retains same falling/jumping height.] Last for a total of 30 seconds, could change music in stage to "Arabian Endgame".

Choice 1: [40% chance] Predator Missile- Player goes off stage, and uses the screen [wii u screen if playing on the original controller] to launch into an opponent at high speed.
Choice 2: [30% chance] Counter UAV- Has a similar effect to the Nintendogs, but acts like a blurred out screen
Choice 3: [20% chance] Attack Helicopter- Flies around the stage for a minute, providing heavy damage, but is very easy to knockout
Choice 4: [10% chance] AC-130- An AC-130 flies around and shoots a variety of 20mm, 40mm, and 105mm shots.
If 4 care packages are obtained in a match, a new option will appear, cutting the percentage of the AC-130.
Choice 5: [1% chance] Tatical Nuke- basically ends the game with a bang, not available in stock or endless matches, can be turned off.
Overall, while there is an impossible chance, I just came up with a possible move set if he even got suggested.
Also, please don't mark this off as crap because it is Call of Duty.
