if you're the type of person who's eating little you're not going to gain muscle.  protip: muscle weighs more than fat.  if you're going to gain muscle you're going to have to eat a lot.

I'm currently eating a box of macaroni and cheese with 2 cans of tuna. Tastes good and massive calories and protein.

I haven't signed up for a gym yet because I'm waiting for my friend to finalize his membership, so I've been working out at home.
I've added a bit over an inch on my arm width and they're a lot harder.
Legs are always sore because squats.
Today I've reached my new max of 8 chin ups nonstop, which is great. (Up from 4)

If your pullups and chinups are low do lat pulldowns. I was stuck at like 10 chinups and pullups for like 3 months every time I hit the gym I was only able to do 10ish sometimes a little more sometimes a little less. I added lat pulldowns with heavy weights a month ago and yesterday I did pullups first thing and I did 24 strict form.

dont be afraid to do negatives either

if your max is 8, do the 8, then grab a chair and basically do the action in reverse from the top, trying to hold yourself up as long as possible until your arms fail and let you down


i have a pretty good workout schedule, however since school ended ive been having a harder time getting to the gym where i do most of my weight work. normally i just use the schools gym but thats closed and the gym in town costs like $30 a day and is really loving expensive for a 1 month. so ive been working with whatevs

I agree I look(ed) like a loving dumbass. Scene girls liked my hair so I stuck with it but scene girls are loving annoying now.
