I haven't signed up for a gym yet because I'm waiting for my friend to finalize his membership, so I've been working out at home.
I've added a bit over an inch on my arm width and they're a lot harder.
Legs are always sore because squats.
Today I've reached my new max of 8 chin ups nonstop, which is great. (Up from 4)
