jeez you guys do a lot. We've had 3 practices a week since July 4th. All just weight lifting and conditioning.
Too bad we only get about 8 - 13 people to show up. Sad really :(

Our real practices start in 1 week. Hopefully I dont miss combine.
Anyways did you know i havent played 1 real play of football in my life. :C
yeah we still suck tho, only about 1/4 of the team shows up to any summer/off season practices, less showed for conditioning.

New new PR on flat bench; 90kg 3x6, 100kg 3x4

Also tried that HYPHY Mud drink, tasted absolutely awful but gives a good buzz lol

reinjured am now not playing in our first fb game probably which is really loving gay. also ive been thinking about trying some muscle milk stuff or something like that, idk i dont really know anyone that uses it. anyone have any suggestions or issues that come with it?


Today was leg day.
Tomorrow is hate leg day day.

I'm not a muscly person, I can barely even lift something which is 25LB's. It's sad, I know it is. I just have really weak muscles.

Guys, how do chest muscles?
It's the one thing that ticks me off. I can't seem to build it as fast as it wears off.
Push ups buff my arms up but I don't see anything on my chest building up.

Probably because you're using pushups as a mass building exercise apparently.

I am a runner too but there are many runners who are extremely thin. In many cross country marathons in NYC and Boston, usually a Nigerian tends to win (and trust me on this one, they are REALLY REALLY SKINNY).
