I am a runner too but there are many runners who are extremely thin. In many cross country marathons in NYC and Boston, usually a Nigerian tends to win (and trust me on this one, they are REALLY REALLY SKINNY).
Guys, how do chest muscles? It's the one thing that ticks me off. I can't seem to build it as fast as it wears off.Push ups buff my arms up but I don't see anything on my chest building up.
thats because their legs are like all muscle and they have ridiculous endurance. you dont really need upper body strength for running lol
yeah I'm bone-thinI want to fix that by building muscle on my upper body. My legs are fine, due to the running, but I want better core strength and shoulders/back. I guess arms would be good too, to be fair.
Bench press and chest flys.
My legs have always been musclular and rather thick. A lot of my friends considered me to be "big-boned". Are you able to run for long amounts of times without stopping? I can but I can only do it for 30 minutes - to an hour or two. I'm usually best when I do it in the morning.
I'm a distance runner. Typically I do 5ks/10ks, but I've run a marathon.
^that also when doing push ups, make sure you are doing ones that target your chest the most eg. diamonds.
Bubba, you posted this topic so that you can see muscle pics right? Just figured out this evil plan of yours.
No.Just asked my old Phys Ed teacher if us students are allowed to use the weight room if we dont do a sport. He said that he thinks we can so that's awesome, I don't need to pay 100 dollars a month to go to the gym nearby.
No.
You expect us to believe that? Lol.
First of all I doubt you even have muscles but if you do then maybe you can be useful in this thread. I don't need you here trying to be funny.Second of all there have been about 3 actual pictures of forum users' muscles in this thread, so if that's what I was trying to do I'd be doing a pretty stuffty job.
