I do loads of stuff for my chest, I seem to have infinite energy in this department.

5 sets of Flat Dumbbell Press (Starting at my heaviest weight for 5rm, followed by lowering the weight by 2.5kg each set)

3 sets of Cable Flyes, lowering the weight each time (Weird but it works for me!)

2 sets of Regular Flyes (Increasing the weight)

1 set of Incline Flyes (Whatever weight feels comfortable)

2 sets of Decline Press (80% of 1RM, followed by 75% of 1RM)

1 set of Incline Press

4 sets of Bench Press

50-100 Weighted Pushups

My friend is about to start taking Prohormones, I'm kinda worried for him, he's 16 and has done a one month cycle before.

Is he gonna die? lmfao
He is taking a post cycle and the thing that you take during the cycle so you don't get extreme liver damage.

The prohormone is called Estrastain

My football coach is trained as an MMA fighter and he has a pretty good workout for us, although now that we are in season lifting is less of a priority than it was during the summer.

Teenage use of prohormones is a great way to forget your endocrine system for when you're an adult

sounds intense, I do around 20sets on chest too but I don't do a wide variety of exercises lol

Man I want to go on a cut so badly :'( I've got enough muscle now that I'd look pretty good at 10-15% bf

I just hit 1 plate today, really excited about that. It took me about one full month of lifting with an unavoidable 3 week long break in between.
When should I expect to get to 2 plate?

Also how do I know when to go on a cut, and how do I minimize muscle loss on the cut.

One plate on what exactly? There's a world of difference between a 135 pound overhead press and deadlift.

oh. stuff. Squats lol. My bad

what's 1 plate?
45lbs on both sides
Counting the 45lb bar it's 135lbs.

Oh right lol. Goodluck w/hitting 2plates then!

Ah, well hitting 225 shouldn't be too much of a problem if you keep at it consistently. I think 2 plate on squat is the point where most people find themselves at an intermediate level of lifting strength; it's where the journey begins.

Went swimming in a river yesterday.
Fought against currents for 5 hours or so, under a dare that we shouldn't get out of the water.

I barely made it and now my whole body hurts aaaaa
then I looked in a mirror and was surprised at how buff i'm getting

Quite a surprise. Swimming against river currents seem to be a good exercise.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, I am stuck at 100 lbs. How do gain more weight because eating does not help at all it's ridiculous and frustrating.

Yeah nobody's quite sure what causes weight gain - I think scientists have ruled out food so they're studying the habits of fat people to try and figure out what exactly they're doing to get so fat. It's all a mystery at the moment, but it's definitely not eating food.

Also swimming against a current for 5 hours, I think you'd die.
