i loving hate the hexbars at our school, they have really rough handholds on them which would be great for grip if you were like, using gloves or something but just rip the stuff out of your hands if you do a lot of weight. we tried putting tape on it once but someone just took it off, annoying af

sounds painful, why dont you get some gloves? The grip seemed rough on this one but I haven't really tested it out yet, probably get around to doing it tomorrow lol

get some gloves. they are life savers because brand new grips are killers

The day before I started trying to get fit.

I'm losing a lot of fat so my muscles are becoming more defined but I kind of wish I kept the weight for mma

So my hamstring is pretty much healed up.

But my back/hip area doesnt seem to be getting better and I dont have an idea whats wrong.

If you go to your lower left back where the bone is, the bone bulges vetically a little. Thats where it hurts. It hurts to run, it hurts to lean on that leg. :(

Last October I had the same thing in the same area. It got better after winter but worse once I got back in to training and weightlifting. To this day I rarely train and still have some pain when twisting or bending, and it's worse if I don't stretch for 20 minutes every day

My advice is to take lots of ibuprofen, alternate between heat and cold on the inflamed area, try to move those back muscles as little as possible and just rest-- I'll post a photo of some back strengthening exercises my physical therapist gave me two months ago

well guys i have a bad feeling that my random testicular pain could interfere with my mma
do any of you guys get random testicular pain?
i've been blasting through fits of it even in class but now i'm afraid that if there's anything going on it's been worsened

I think it could possible be the sciatic nerve thats causing the pain.
Ill keep home treating it for a few weeks and if that doesnt work Ill see a doctor :(
