Are you stupid, it would be his son too, so he most certainly has a say. If he's anti-Abortion then in his opinion it would morally wrong to let his wife have an abortion, as it would in theory kill his son.
Not saying you wouldn't have a say in the matter either, it'd theoretically be your kid too.. but to just automatically say you'd be pissed and in disagreement without any reason is just selfish.

You guys should be glad your parent's didn't abort you guys.
That's poor reasoning. If I had been aborted, I wouldn't be around to care about it.

and you would have never had the chance to experience life.

you're not using that as an actual argument, i hope
Just trying to make people think. Also prevention is better than the cure. If you are going to have unprotected love, please use spermicide afterwards. You will save money and energy by doing it.

i'm glad i went to a speech and debate clinic today so i can be on the lookout for logical fallacies
1. slippery slope argument - just because abortion is legal doesn't mean that everyone's going to randomly abort kids
2. argumentum ad misericordiam, or appeal to pity - "how would you feel if your mom had aborted you because abortion was legal?" well, firstly, i wouldn't exist. secondly, she probably did it for a good reason.

edit:

this is very very true

Glad we could come to an understanding. May there be peace in our time.

yeah dude I definitely agree - prevention should come before anything

no, if she doesn't want to endure the pain, it's her body and thus her decision
I knew someone would say something about this, and the fact is if she thinks it would be too painful over any other reason like bad housing or bad environment, the she shouldn't be taking the chance of having a baby in the first place. I mean short-term feel good moment over a hole child's life? What kind of person would chose that?

and you would have never had the chance to experience life.
That's the same logic as banning procrastination because "the sperm in your balls could've gone to a more worthy cause! Those poor cells could've experienced life, but instead, they're part of a stain on your bed!"

and you would have never had the chance to experience life.
Exactly. I would not care.

If women should have the right to give up responcibility for a child, and abort it, then men should have a similar right, which would include signing away any responcibility to a child.

I kind of agree with this but at the same time I can't. I mean it's really your fault if she does get pregnant as you could've taken precautions to avoid it, however things can be tamped with to make her get pregnant (crazy women mostly.) In which case it'd be your responsibility which isn't exactly fair if you tried to stop it.

That was my logic before hand but if I look at it vs abortion, it's technically an all or nothing, if you agree with abortion you kind of have to agree with this (unless you want to pull the fact that it would be an actual kid, but what if you left the same time she could've aborted it?) but it's not the man's choice to have the baby and shouldn't be forced to care for it if the women doesn't want an abortion.

I can agree with this. It should be both or neither.
Women do try to have a kid to force a man to give them money, and that's wrong.

Honestly I Don't think making new human life is a natural right, and should be managed by the government.

its VERY common for chicks to try and get pregnant. because they think it keeps a man around. or adds some meaning to their lives.
age makes no difference. woman are this handicapped.
