One of the problems here is that a lot of these are basic services that people can find out how to do online - Hardware Installation can be learned by watching Newegg's computer building tutorial part 2 or other websites like microsoft's since they have many resources.. System restore help can be found on microsoft's website. Virus removal can be helped by installing a free anti-virus or a paid one such as avast or malware bytes, and there are tutorials for users who don't know how to do this. You can find operating system and file backup information on microsoft's website.
If they have any other device that can access the internet which they probably will, (they can use a library computer or their tablet / smartphone / other computers / neighbor's computer (s) etc.) then people can easily find out how to do it themselves - which they probably will be inclined to do because they want to fix it themselves and hopefully not pay.
There are also problems with grammar, spelling, how appealing your advertisements are, organization, and content with your ads / website. I also don't get why you put a picture of yourself and your mother on your website because I personally doubt that it's very professional to do that?
Plus not having a separate phone number that people can call is not really great. Some people can't use email and will need help with other services.
Even if there are people that need help with this, you charge way too much. Really. $30 for System Restore when you can find a user friendly guide on microsoft's website? Doing something as simple as
installing a printer or maybe
set up a router for wireless connections ? maybe
backing up files or also
restoring a system image?I'm just saying.
