My dog got attacked by our neighbor's dog once, I came up behind that stupid lab/pitbull/stuffwhatevertheforgethewas and grabbed him around the kneck and kicked at him till he started whining
no one found out, there was so much loving yelping and yelling i couldn't believe it

so does anyone else think it's morally wrong to sue someone for 10000 dollars because they let their dogs off a leash and the victims decided to spend copious amounts of money on their dog instead of putting it down and getting a new one

we're suing them for $5000 because their untrained dogs attacked our perfectly healthy dog in our front lawn.

Because animals and objects are different things.

My dog got ripped open by 2 boxers before. He's 13 and still alive, and annoying.

why

you aren't even worth talking to, this is one of the dumbest arguments i have ever seen

Because animals and objects are different things.

it's a dog, they don't have any inherent value aside from what they're worth at a pet store and the sentimental attachment

There's no need to be an starfish about it

Our family really didn't see any need to put him down, we all really liked our dog and the vet said he definitely wouldn't be in pain after recovery. Kinda hard to make a decision on its life based on money.
