you're lucky you could find people who even knew what a popular video game was at your school.

Use your router's settings to allocate all of your internet bandwidth away from him, and keep it that way to force him to do something besides play a loving game all day.

I never really understood why my friends played LoL, it seemed like your average Runescape RPG when I skimmed through the webpage.
that's really quite hilarious

Anyhoo it's possible to find a healthy balance and he has not. idk what you can do but I know your parents could probably solve the problem.

Sadly, they can't. The only thing they could do is never turn the internet on for him which would probably cause him to leave when he's about to start college. If he were to be kicked out, that would screw him up even worse. lol

I recently got my school into games like TF2 and CS:S

It's nice not having MINECRAFTRE IS CEWL LOLOLOLOCOD friends everywhere now

Yeah, MC cigarettes are pretty annoying. I play MC, but there's still so much hype over it that it makes me hesitant to even open the game anymore. ;-;

Just saying your bro most likely has game compulsion issues not an addiction but that aside.

I do know how you feel, I have a friend who's in some way similar to your brother.

My friend likes video games as much as I do and he ends up playing them ALOT, unlike me however he's gotten way to occupied on them or even the internet to do any of his schoolwork. So because he doesn't do his work his parents get pissed at him and then he get's all gloomy and basically "rains on everyone's parade" if you catch my drift. I explain to him that his gloomy attitude is due to his parents not getting mad at him for not working, but he doesn't listen and the cycle happens again and again...

I had a similar compulsion with games too where I played them too much and didn't focus on schoolwork enough and was piled with schoolwork, but that changed this year and it was freaking amazing having alot of spare time on my hands. I've even hung out more with friends this year too :)

I have no clue on how to fix your brother's problem and the only thing I can think of was deleting it :I

I honestly can't find a solution for his addiction. And I believe it's an addiction because he literally spends every day from the moment he's up to the moment he goes to bed on League. If he goes to work, he gets on as soon as he gets home. :Ll

All I can really do is hope that he'll grow the forget up sooner or later.

You could try forcing him to stop somehow like downloading a virus onto his PC and making it slow, that is if you have access to it, does he have a password?

I have access to it. It's just the living-room computer. All of these suggestions are great, but I'd rather try one that doesn't have to do with being an starfish. xD

Hmmmm

I wonder if theres some way to get the admins to ban him and leave him a message like "You have been banned for having a serious addiction to LoL"

Maybe you could message them that, it's probably not gonna work but you could atleast ask.

My brother has over 1000 hours played of Dota

and i dont give a forget

neither should you
