I can't make unfriendly or richardish decisions in games ever because I feel bad for the characters.
Also I feel really guilty when a pokemon in my party faints

I rotate my head in reality when I look around in a game

I usually act like I'm playing an entirely new game. For example, whenever I'm bored on Saints Row 2 or 3, I usually dress as a hitman and shoot random people, acting like they are targets I was assigned too.

Also, I almost always play as a woman if it's possible and/or if the character itself is comfortable. Not too sure the reason for that.

^I also do this. A lot.

I almost always ignore the auto-save feature. If a game auto-saves, I have to save manually before I can quit.

When ever I'm playing a game I'll try to do everything perfectly, to the point where I freak out if I nudge something out of place slightly. Usually half way through I'll think I messed up some small detail and I'll restart the entire save file and do it all over again.

I get scared when I play alone, besides portal 2 because glados has always been with me forever <3
and when I play FPS games I jerk my arms and flex my muscles when I shoot

In multiplayer FPS games I'll sometimes just shoot into the air or at walls to make the battlefield seem more intense and realistic.

Also, in sandbox/simulation games I can entertain myself for like a half hour straight just panning the camera around and looking at all the stuff I've done. Comes in handy when I'm waiting on a task to be finished.

I always go the route nobody takes, usually it involves breaking the game in some way or another.

In racing games I jump in roosterpit view and look around the car for no reason.

I also tend to stock up in RPGs with potions and stuff, and by the end of the game I have sereval dozens/hundreds of those and I have had died several times, barely using them if even doing so.

^^^All this

I also tend to jump a lot in imperative situations ("u gotta run, son!! this joint's gonna blow!"), because it makes me feel like I'm moving faster.
I also try to go for vehicles whenever possible, despite the fact that 99% of the time I will completely suck at driving it (though a sub-quirk of this is that I will not let anybody ride with me if I'm unsure of my skill).
