Nothing personal, grunter...

Raovenia stops trading with Graeceia because of the famine.  Raovenian engineers and architects suggest the creation of some sort of elevated water channel network, leading from springs and lakes in the mountains bordering Graeceia- the largest public works project in history.  Prisoners from the Raovenian turf war will be used as slaves to construct this channel, which the designers call the aqueduct.

The only reason this thing is dying is because it's so far in the past. If temporarily make the timescale incredibly fast this thing will pick up as people won't be as limited.

Timescale updated to 1 week = 80 years.
