Cherenkov stopped, looking up at the sky.  It looked as though the sun would soon set, and it would also rain soon.  He grumbled to himself, and kept trudging through the woods, stepping over thorn weeds and various other vines attempting to trip him.

I put my cigarette out on the man's shoes. "Hmph." there was a dumpster nearby. "You'll have no use for these anymore bud." I unstrap the toolkit he had around his waist and strap it to my own. I also find a wallet with about $250.00 in it. Once I was done looting him, I dragged him to the dumpster and tossed him in, closing the lid on top.

I drove back. We found nothing. I sped through the forest, shining the spotlight to the side, a quick flash of light hitting Nappy's face, but nobody noticing him through the trees. I slowed down to a dirt road bit not far from Nappy. I called into the engineers radio. "Alright, get ready to seal up that fence." I turned on a bunch of interior lights in the humvee. I rolled down the windows and took out that one cigarette I never got to light. "Nice being out here when it's quiet."

God forsaken truck. Great, just what I wanted to see. This day just gets BETTER AND BETTER. Oh, wait a second. If I'm already planning major theft, why not get a head start? I chuckled to myself as I began limping towards the truck. I grunt every time I limp, to add to the illusion that I'm injured.

Gonna have to do more than that to get noticed in a dark and cloudy forest where you might be left stranded in because you stole from people who would save you from people who shoot at crowds of civilians. Let your character think about i
That is if you're talking about stealing from us

Damn. Maybe theft wasn't such a good idea anyways. I have to play innocent with SOMEBODY. I'll probably just take a pack of gum out of the glove box, but for now I still needed a ride.
"AAAauuugh GOD... HELLO?! Is anyone over there?!" I shout.

What the.. I got out "Hey!" Once he got close I went over to him and tried to help him walk "Hey Jacov! We got an injured man here!" I put him into the backseat and got him a pack of gum from the glove box. "Here, have this. Are you feeling any pain? If so, just chew on the gum and try not to think about it."

"No... Totally fiiiiiaaaaahahahahahoooohgod. .. That smarts... Can you give me a ride? My men will take care of me when we get there..."

I turned down the country music. "Men?" and then talked into the radio "Transporting wounded man to Z. 6."

Also you won't be able to steal anything back there.

PS Goodnight

Just so you know, Jokey, if you take them to the motel you will be ending the lives of three characters including your own.

My stomach starts rumbling

"Hey Commander, are we almost there? I'm starving over here!" I say.

"Yes, yes.  We're at the suburbs."  Cherenkov said as he moved his way through a large hedge into the backyard of a run down home.  To the right were the skyscrapers of Los Angeles.  "That-a-way."  he said, walking to the road in front of the house and then walking toward the city.  Eventually, they would reach the fence of Sector 6.  Cherenkov climbed through the hole and waited for the rest of his team, while watching for any patrols on their way.

The dumpster lid makes a loud bang and echoes through the abandonedness over the wall. I clear my throat a little and start to wipe up blood.

Cherenkov lifts his head, peering carefully around at the loud bang.  He presses against a wall of one of the apartment buildings in the slums, reaching into the front of his pants and drawing a Mk.23 pistol with a large suppressor screwed onto the end of the barrel.  He held it tightly in his hands, leaning slightly around the corner to check for any suspicious activity.  He motioned his team in quickly.

"Wait, what? Sector six? No no no no no, I'm back the other way." I said as I looked back and pointed back. "I'm no-" Ooooooh, right. The Fireflies... and the... OOooohhhh... I'm dumb.... "STOP THE CAR I'M GOING TO PUKE!"
