dude i know how to do it, i just forgot at the time. i had placed a tracker on it before but didn't have enough money to put insurance on it at the time so i just left it out, i came back to do just that once i'd saved up the money but got caught up in the modding of the car. i completely forgot to put insurance on it, then that happened. i know i'm stupid okay

So this guy killed me earlier while I was trying to get my car back from the impound. I decided to forget with him and place a $10,000 bounty on him. Some guy killed him and claimed the bounty, then I placed another bounty on the same guy. I kept placing $10,000 bounties on the guy and he ended up getting killed like 20 times within a 10 minute span. He finally texted me "you're a monday" and rage quitted the session. Good times, good times...
