I was doing the prison scape about rashvoski

so, we got everything, we made it with the velma not damaged
but, when we got to the point where we had to jump, a cinematic appeared, in which the 3 guys that were in the plane (the players) jump with parachute
But then inmediately, it says Mission failed, rashvoski died

why did this happen?
