you can't buy a hangar, and you don't need to anyways. the planes or helicopters you buy spawn at the airport after you call pegasus to retrieve it.

I saved up for and bought a 25k garage before, and then saved up like 10k and modded my personal car, now I'm saving again and I have like 10k
I really wish there was a quicker way, though

also, about robbing stores, when can you re-rob a store that you've already robbed?

Nope, not anymore, now violent duct only pays 3k since rockstargames realized how easy the mission is.
