There's no way to verify it as yet, but supposedly a few sources are claiming that the "Recommended" settings also mean what you need to run the game at 1080p 60FPS with Ultra settings.

I'm going to doubt it for now, but we'll see what happens.

I'm not making any purchase until its both on sale and has been tested on various rigs. I'm a bit iffy on the requirements, sites say I can run it med-high but I'm not so sure.
