it's funny because i could run watchdogs at 100fps on just-short-of-high and this still barely runs well at minimum (rather than "low" because there's no way to put graphics options to "low" for some dumbass reason)
Watch Dogs and GTA V are made off of two separate engines, Both engines have unique properties and different optimizations. Grand Theft Auto V's engine is a heavily modified engine with more optimizations and further next gen technology, while Watch Dogs was built on a entirely different engine that runs differently then GTA V's.
Therefore, technically, you can not compare these two games' optimizations and graphical engines and expect them to run the exact same.
Yeah the game is horribly optimized (at least that seems to be the case on my end). I dont why the game runs horribly when i my specs are above the recommended specs.
Im done trying to get the game to work, i'll just wait until rockstar puts out a patch to fix it.
I am currently running the exact recommended specifications except I use a i5 3570k running at 3.4ghz, I can run and get an average of 60fps at the "Normal" settings, the game seems to be optimized perfectly fine according to users at the
subreddit, and the users here.
