For the exclusive games? The only reason I had all consoles + PC was so I could not be annoyed by i.g all my friends playing Halo

I've done nothing today but play Cypress Flats LTS.
Its really entertaining killing tons of level 3's when you're level 77.

I believe you have to be the level required to spawn the item in order to actually buy it?

Or maybe not. I think my brother had the same issue at some point, back when GTA Online was plagued with cheaters and it was basically impossible to avoid getting billions of dollars from people. I'm sure he purchased a Rhino that he couldn't use, so maybe that's the case?

Or did they change the rules, and you now can't purchase something you can't use, or increased the level at which you can purchase a Rhino? I kind of remember it being linked to level 70, but maybe that was something else.


It'd be a lot easier if I just started the game and had a look, lol.
