To be clear, the modding policy in our license has not changed and is the same as for GTAIV.  Recent updates to GTAV PC had an unintended effect of making unplayable certain single player modifications. This was not intentional, no one has been banned for using single player modifications, and you should not worry about being banned or being relegated to the cheater pool just for using single player PC mods. Our primary focus is on protecting GTA Online against modifications that could give players an unfair advantage, disrupt gameplay, or cause griefing. It also bears mentioning that because game mods are by definition unauthorized, they may be broken by technical updates, cause instability, or affect your game in other unforeseen ways.

This is ass backward dumb, so I'm going to break it down for you. Using a bulletproof helmet or body armor isn't making the fight unfair. All players fighting have the ability to use a bp helmet or armor, it isn't like it is locked behind a paywall or level wall. It is their choice to wear a helmet.

It is a fair fight either way- the helmet isn't a crutch or a wall of armor. It is like Super Heavy Armor, it adds like 30 percent of armor to only your head and very little of the time it will be a deciding factor in a gun fight.

IDK why you keep trying to start, its prob to complain more about how we are "oppressing" passive users lmao.

I might be crazy, but put your landing gear down to help with tuning. I sorta doubt that the aerodynamics in this game are really quite so precise, but even as a placebo it helped. It'll also help by being the first thing to touch any water instead of your engine.

It just hit me that the OP hasn't been updated in a year and half and Muslim is long dead.
I'm going to go ahead and remake this thread like the Smash thread was when I got banned, if nobody has any objections. For that matter, what are things that I should add beyond more up-to-date news?
