man everytime i do a mission the dot/area stays on map and the npcs stand still doing nothing, i ended uninstalling it

Rockstar and/or Valve forgeted up, mine didn't log in either. It says it can't connect through Steam. Its probably Valve because Legoboss is playing it without steam.
