I know, but railguns are still being built and tested today, mainly by BAE.  It is current technology.

Also Swat, show me where you posted funding toward railguns, if you would.  Unless they're not yet feasibly in the prototype phase by 2015, I'd like them to go if most agree with my idea.

Perhaps.  What I am doing could be called a charity, but I had two motives for relocating Abdullahi, that being to remove them from AC, and to develop them into a new and independant nation.  Looking outside of the RP, land was becoming scarce, and blazer wanted to join in on the RP, and I provided a means for him to join.

That holds about as much water with me as mlockha telling me about your own plans did with you.  There has to be some hint of it on the topic, even something as vague as "Nation X begins work on a secret project."  I need some ground to stand on.  It would also mean that he began research within the past few days since you weren't part of this not two weeks ago.

Also, I can't constantly monitor people's R&D, so if anyone has projects like that, it would be best if they could post something letting the world know they have secret projects.  That the case, keep what you have.  Henceforth all developments with that level of importance need to have some basis (vague post, pm to some ally or other, save it in your outbox, take a screenshot with the date to validate it).
