The AC decides that all APEP nations now have to go around Africa instead of through the Mediterranean, no exceptions.

Work continues on the space station.

Rebel groups operating out of Madagascar begin to attack passing cargo ships.  Cruisers, submarines, an aircraft carrier, and some ground troops are sent to deal with the pirate raids and destroy any rebels.  After a brief exchange of fire, the rebels surrender and are generally sentenced to exile, though the leaders are executed.

The AC's efforts to eliminate drug use in the AC seem to be working.  Fewer and fewer citizens seem to be using drugs.  The AC High Command celebrates a little.

The AC has a fairly strict drug policy, yes.  Alcohol is legal, as well as cigarettes, just not narcotics type stuff.

It gives everyone something other than constant war to keep the thread alive.

A: All land is shared and not claimed, no one can build factories or any warfare or economic related projects though ports and research stations can be built, but ports cannot be used in any type of warfare advantage (That means sending battleships to the port, refueling there and sending them somewhere else) Ports are for supplying the research stations.

Q: What if i ratify this pact and use land for military/economic usage?
A: Your country will be met with severe economic sanctions by all members of the pact who haven't done the same, this isn't meant to give your country any advantages in warfare or government
