It's not because I am a big nation and can do it, and therefore will.  It's because Abdullahi will simply have to pay for its relocation.  Part of it is charity, but it is such an expensive operation, that Abdullahi would have to repay Erinaum somehow, simply for having to go through a lot of red tape, and paying off private companies to aid in providing ships for relocation, as well as provide Erinamese protection of the Oregon territory until the debt is paid or unless Abdullahi can prove that it can defend itself with a well-established military.

However, Abdullahi will receive discounts on Erinamese and UOU goods.

In fact, Erinaum proposes a trade system with UOU and Abdullahi - The Pacific Rim Trading Union (PRTU).

Russia/Some other country deploys a small portion of its navy to sail around in international waters near the United States for "no reason."
