The leader of AIP finally reveals himself to his people, as Asha Askari, grandson of Kibwe Askari.  He expresses concern for his people to the Erinamese, saying that the tents will not protect them from Oregon's harsh winters.  He requests that large cabins be built for the time being.  The "tent cities" must also be pushed away from the coast, as to protect them from storms.
