It's now international, but the treaty originates from the Northern Maritime Region (where Mishyakgmaria is located), so the name stays.

It can be called the Polar Maritime Treaty.  My reason for saying this is that most countries have settlements in the Antarctic.  Boats frequent that region.

A naval vessel named the MSS Maraghamer departs port and is immediately struck by what is believed to be a military ship. Fatalities have not been reported, yet the Coast Guard has been called in.
