For those who missed it,

Utah proposes a United Nations.  We will set aside a small private island that will be under Utah's laws and government, but will be neutral.  Each nation shall establish an embassy to be connected to a glamorous UN building fir which diplomatic and peaceful alternatives can be discussed at a moment's notice.

Erinaum and Atsina are the only two to have accepted it.  UoU is obviously in support, since they are currently building it.

Erinaum sends architects and builders to help speed production and to provide some architectural mind as well.  Erinaum would also like to suggest that a few other buildings be built in neutral land on the island, such as a gleaming modern concert hall, a 5-star resort, golf course (polo available), bowling alley, ice rink, high-class restaurant and more.

Erinaum's Railgun Design has been optimized to the fullest extent of modern technology.  The HVK-7000 railgun is put out on the PEMU Open Market for $70,450,000 per railgun, stationary, and $55,000 extra for ship mounts, $40,000 extra for truck mounts.  $60 per shell.  Energy banks will cost around $60,450,000 each, and must be added individually for each railgun. Stationary and ship bases come with a 360° rotating base, and vertical height adjustment (-1'3.11" - 15'10.44") and angle adjustment(-6.35° - 98.12°).

Due to the lowered cost of railguns, Erinaum begins equipping itself with more of them, starting with its navies, and then followed by its military bases.  All PI-Is will be overhauled with the new optimal HVK-7000 models.

127 arrests are made.  Abdullahian citizens are no longer required permits to travel outdoors.  Business open back up, and Abdullahi's now independent economy takes off again.  All new members of PEMU are offered trade of weapons, natural resources, etc. as it is required to trade with other members.
