2.) After further review of Swat's mind control stuff including the science behind it, the existence of it, &c., I have determined that it will not be used at this point in the RP.  Actions involving it or its usage are voided.  There is a caveat, however.  As of March 1 it will be allowed since all hell will break loose at that point anyway and technology will spiral out of control, this won't make much of a difference, and it could probably exist in the coming years.

Miko's right.  The Erinamese by PEMU classification were a Limited State.  Now that WRFE/NUOU had ideas forced upon them, they have turned to a Rogue State.

Also, reading through Article V, it seems that Utah has broken many of the clauses with its dealings of the West Erinamese political parties and political leaders.  ERFE is proposing a bill to revoke UOU's permanent membership.

He's saying that most of the riots died down because a lot of the cause was rendered void.  No one was under mind control causing the riots, so it spread less, and less people were pressured into it.  Basically the conflict has been resolved, as the few in number that actually did support it from natural means have now been deported.

Also the mind control was only to gain influences in high offices (or key individuals in general).  It was far from widespread.  People were pressured into it because they saw their friends and family carted off for peacefully protesting, presenting their political position because of clothing fashion, and were denied a due process of law, not to mention were marginalized as a whole by an oppressive government.  That is a valid cause for a full-scale revolution, but we issues peaceful protests.  The most "violent" thing that all supported were burning Utahn flags.

Belsnia is invited to join the PEMU, and will not be barred or excluded due to TP status.

Anyone opposing UOU's rule in N UOU is given an ultimatum.  They are either to relocate of their own accord, or be tried for injustice and deported forcefully. 

Many are deported after trial, most relocate of their own accord.  The  issues in N UoU come to a standstill as nearly everyone there now sorta completely the UoU government.

No, the pro-UoU people are the ones supporting it.  They are sick of these negative people who would rather be somewhere else.  They figure that we should give them what they want!  We are merely helping them accomplish their desires, they are no longer governed by UoU.

And yes, E Erinaum has done their best to soil UoU's repuation, but I assure you, we still hold the same values and ideals.  We have been busy dealing with this nuisance you created, but once things finally settle down, like they are doing, UoU will reestablish itself as the peacemaker it always has been.

So what you're saying is that your people are like citizens of national socialist Germany?  People see the animal-like treatment of humanity and are affected.  By now I would estimate that over 70% would oppose that law, not necessarily West Erinamese independence, but it would allow the West Erinamese cause to gain some supporters in high office.

That's a single grain of sand to the desert of things they want.  How many flaming times do I have to say...  THEY WANT AN INDEPENDENT REPUBLIC, and want WEST ERINAMESE EMANCIPATION.  You're not helping them, only perpetually creating problems.

Let's revisit that statement shall we?  Who ignored WRFE?  Who executed Ceria Zjuket, when justice was requested?  Who deported civilians for their beliefs, causing turmoil to the social order?  Who not once but TWICE soiled their economy?  All UOU.  Did East Erinaum have a part in it?  No, they were angry, but the East Erinamese government kept their citizens from traveling to West Erinaum and other states to start riots.  They were furious when their sister nation was denied its request when it was set free.  They were furious when Ceria Zjuket was executed when they requested for a pardon, and now there's a holiday in her honor!  To say that East Erinaum caused these problems is doing nothing?  UOU is to blame for it's foolishness.

When someone is deported over their opinion of their rulers, that's going to make their friends and family angry. And when they're angry they'll speak up, and then you'll deport them and their relatives get angry. And when large groups of people are getting angry, eventually others will begin agreeing with them. Congratulations, you've constructed a method to get your entire population angry at you.
