Except we didn't buy Utahn military network, and your patent lock system was never mentioned.
Prior to you using them against the TP, I don't think you made any mention of patent locks either, and while Erinaum was under UOU's rule, it makes sense that he would be able to reverse engineer them given that Erinaum was the UOU, and that he would implement defenses of his own. Sounds reasonable enough to me.
Please don't turn this into yet another debacle like the riots in North UOU were, because if you do we will all lose our patience with both of you more than has happened in past, and we really don't need that.
Erinamese refugees are broken into multiple designations:
Scientists, engineers, medical personnel, and other high level technicians and professionals are given a Class A Designation.
Deserting military officers and high level government officials are given a Class B Designation.
Deserting enlisted military personnel and low level government officials are given a class C Designation.
Regular Erinamese citizens are given a class D Designation.
Refugees bringing art, intelligence, papers, books, data, &c. are given the -X extension to their Designation entitling them to added aid.
More and more refugees move into the AC, although the refugees per week has dropped since the initial Erinamese destabilization. Most are just ordinary citizens, but many are deserters from the military, government officers, technological innovators, and of other important offices. As the refugee population grows, the AC identifies more and more of these useful personnel and has them questioned, paid for their troubles, and set aside in refugee camps farther from the border with incrementally better conditions than those of the general public as a reward for their troubles according to their refugee designation.
As knowledge of these benefits spreads, around a half of new refugees with A, B, and C designations bring files, schematics, blueprints, data, &c. to verify their claims of being of the more useful refugee category. Deserting military personnel can be seen crossing the border in trucks with unmarked trailers behind them, some of which have been found to contain moderate quantities of rare earth metals and other mineralogical products.
D Designation refugees often attempt to increase their perceived worth by bringing back Erinamese gear, driving trucks filled with stolen rifles or crates filled with various mechanical parts, bringing in carts filled with discarded luggage or dropped papers, carrying a dropped rifle cartridge and half a first aid kit along with someone's lost identification papers. Such materials are accepted at designated supply depots, and those who bring in such items do receive the -X additional designation.
The Art Team is given more funding to retrieve Erinamese art further into East Erinaum, namely the Erinamese capitol if possible, although heavy rebel activity in the area renders saving some of Erinaum's more treasured pieces of artwork likely to be lost to the violence and chaos.
A prominent refugee camp inspector from Bath'al notes in his report that despite the AC's best efforts, both rebel and military deserters from Erinaum have caused some commotion in the camps, but as a whole such troubles are quickly put down and the camps are adequately supplied with the necessities of life, well organized by Confederate camp supervisors and Erinamese "Block Officers", and that his respect for the Erinamese people is greatly increased by the overall cleanliness of the camps. "Even a D Designation refugee has the necessities for life and a little extra. Ds are seen sporting extra food, or giving some salt to a neighbor with not quite enough for his family. It helps that our people ahve been so generous; I saw one man handing out pillows and sheets paid for out of his own pocket." He also notes that these observations were made during an incognito visit as he posed as a refugee, and that although camp conditions are not up to par with pre-breakup Erinamese average living standards, they are capable of keeping the refugees alive and well until they integrate into Confederate society or Erinaum re-stabilizes and the people can go home.
Erinamese refugees are allowed to sign up for camp assignments including Block Officers, digging trenches, setting up tents, or aiding camp administration for a modest salary and the feeling of aiding the community.
The AC reiterates its intentions to return verifiable Erinamese assets when order is restored in Erinaum.
