Could you do a server-sided script that allows admins/super admins to do a /message (words here) command and it appears as Announcement: (words here)

server-sided mod that allows the function of whether a specific player can use emitters/lights/items, and a limit for how much they can use. that'd be great.

A add-on that makes it impossible to go into negative score in a minigame. If the minigame made you loose points for getting killed if you died you would not respawn in till the minigame has reset. If the options are enabled to make planting a brick cost points if you did not have enough points you would not be able to plant bricks. If the minigame made you loose points for killing players you would just stay at 0. ect

A reporting system that bumps up a person in terms of priority, depending how much they have been reported, and some prefs that allow people to set up what happens when a user's priority happens to reach certain points.
