Inverse crator = WIN  :cookieMonster:

Lol, thanks.  I like it too.

Inverse crater? I SO can't wait for it now! :cookieMonster:

Apparently you need to be the first person in the elevator to make it move. D':

Off topic, love your spifeh new av, trader.

You only have to be the first person in now because I haven't coded the Elevator logic for handling floor requests.  Once completed, the Elevator will travel to each occupant's requested floor in order by the direction the Elevator is moving.

when v9 comes out, it would be cool if you could make an update that "ties" your nice elevator system in with v9's wrench events. then you could push a button on a certain floor to call the elevator up!  :cookieMonster:

Perhaps.  Although the idea is that you'll just make an Elevator Door for each floor.  Walking up to the door produces a GUI asking if you'd like to go up or down.  Entering the Elevator once it reaches your floor produces a GUI asking which floor you'd like to visit.

Maybe once no one enters the elevator in 30 seconds or so it goes back to the bottom floor?

i like this option plz

The Elevator already returns to the home floor after a period of non-use.

Yeah so its been like 3/4 of a year and its not done?

Wow. Trader, you have really outdone yourself this time. I am expecting this to be the greatest mod to blockland. But to think about it, it may be depressing because Badspot may not put this in V9 :(. But keep up the work!

Yeah so its been like 3/4 of a year and its not done?

I've been working on it intermittently since the end of October, so it's been less than 6 months.  I've also been improving Doors, working on several small scripts, developing a video game, and working a real job 45 hours a week.  So, I'll continue developing this as my schedule permits.  You'll get Elevators when I'm good and ready, and not a moment before.

More info would be appreciated.
