I have this issue aswell. I stay up until atleast 5:30 AM, and wake up from noon to around 2:30 PM

You speak as though you don't understand what recent breakthroughs in technology can bring you, and you only try to demoralize my intentions.

lol what are you even trying to do here? youre a nerd who sits on his computer all day, you obv have no friends because otherwise you would have a reason to be up during the day. i fail to see how this is getting you anywhere in life. im not saying going into whatever profession you want is bad at all, do what you want but i highly doubt every hour you are awake (at 1 o clock in the morning) you are working towards that. i dont see how me telling you to get a job, which could be a job that involves computers wow who wouldve thought of that, is demoralizing you at all.

youre almost 18 you should seriously get a hold of reality.

I love the night. Sometimes when I'm up super early for whatever reason, I go outside and wander around when there's nobody up except for criminals or other nightwalkers. It's ultra tranquil too; the roads are practically devoid of cars.

My limit is like 2 or 3 then I just gotta sleep.

It takes me forever to go to sleep though.

Currently sleeping at 11am, waking up at 6pm. Yesterday I fell asleep at 3am and woke up at 12pm.
Schedule is completely random, changes everyday.

Bed at 1am wake up at 9

I went to bed at 8AM and woke up at 3PM. lol.

It's really easy to fix, just get a day job

School sleep schedule: 9 PM - 6 AM

Summer schedule 3 PM - 4 AM

Anyone who can be nocturnal is either a little kid with no responsibilities or a nightwatch for a museum or something. Let's guess which one the people in this topic are.

pretty much my only motivation for getting up early is so i can have coffee
it's not even the caffeine(it's half caf) it's just become my routine now

It took me awhile, but i fixed my schedule from falling asleep at 7am and waking up at 4pm, to just falling asleep around midnight.

I normally go to sleep around 10 or 11 am. Wake up around 3 or 4 pm.

>have to be in room at midnight
>stay up till 1
>wake up at 6
>i dont even need beauty rest tho

I go to sleep at 2 am and wake up at 12 pm
