This is pretty much a useless idea. Blockland shouldn't have passwords, that would be redundant.

I don't really see this as a bad idea, just a semi-useless one. I can think of a few useful scenarios, but what do you want this for OP?

But you still only have to enter it once, it's barely an inconvenience. The scenario I was thinking of is where multiple siblings with different keys only use one computer.

There's a bigger issue with phishing and hijacking accounts though, since they can now be used interchangeably it would be more destructive for someone to get their hands on information. I don't think Badspot would bother to spend time adding a feature that would just cause him more grief.
