People who pay money for a service generally want some detail about why it went down beyond "theres a virus lol" - you asking someone to provide less information is pretty much in line with the usual mindless bullstuff you post. Bonus points for consistency I guess!
it keeps it short and to the point without going into confusing bullstuff only half of us will understand. he also had it written in such a way that it sounds like he doesn't even know what he's talking about: "something like that" "I think"
plus mine sounds cooler and more professional. (also note the "pm me for more details" at the bottom - he's not being opaque, just not putting too much info on his clients if they don't want it. Do they come here for news, or intricate explanations of what went wrong? What's important to them: what went wrong, or that the service is running smoothly and without issues?)
