To make it clear, I would say around 75% of all accounts were purged over the past couple days. This is essentially Disney's last 'forget you' before they shut down the servers and redirect you to Disney's main site or to Club Penguin while they take down the web domain.
If you are getting a message about administrators working on the servers, your account has been purged. All sites pertaining setting up new accounts after the login server was shut down on the main Toontown website have been taken down, so unless Disney manages to spare the game, you will not be able to play the last 2 weeks or so of the game being online.
If:
- you did not make your Disney account on Toontown's website when the login server was still up;
- you did not have any toons on your account;
- your account was made after the login server was taken down;
- or, if you did not originally hold a membership,
then Disney has purged your account and figuratively flipped you the bird.
