In Stronghold 2D, there's going to be a lot of room for upgrades and advances. We can create any type of object, and why not, maybe even a gun that shoots reverse gravity bullets! Or even a nuclear bomb that will clear out an entire city in Stronghold2D. Not just the ammo can be replaceable though, you'll also be able to advance your mining building so you can earn more money fast! But like everything else in the game, you have to earn the money by defending your territory and defeating anyone near you.

Stronghold2D is expected to release sometime this November. You can also find it on Kickstarter here: http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1604325867/stronghold-2d-multiplayer-mobile-game

Get ready for an intense 2D physics multiplayer game for your Android and iOS devices. The whole point of Stronghold2D is to grow and expand your Base (also known as your Stronghold) and defeat everyone in your path. This 2D game is very much like Angry Birds, but you build your own Base and work towards upgrading your buildings, ammo, and structural objects. Become a 2D Empire! We are currently listed on Kickstarter!

I think that this indie looks promising, although it doesn't seem too original. It's been said that this game WILL BE FREE. It'll also be optimized for almost any OS thinkable.

What do you guys think of this?

Now that sounds like fun.

Now that sounds like fun.

I agree with you, but I have a feeling that they won't do well on Kickstarter because barely anyone knows about this secret gem. Also the main reasons why they are campaigning on Kickstarter is so they can have enough to fund the MP servers for the game, and to buy a good engine for the game.

tempting to do the kickstarter for $50 early bird special
and make a person named duck with a ducky hat

I might do it too, but I think $50 just for that is really pricey.

UPDATE: Over $1000 has been pledged for this game already! I think this could happen! Someone seriously bought the $1000 package, holy!

Anyone else see trademark infringement?

Not that I agree with it, but I see it as a potential issue.

I don't, what part of the game is infringing on something?

I could only find one for stronghold kingdoms

It's possible this could be it though
https://ipo.gov.uk/tmcase/Results/4/EU002942456 Although isn't held by the games creators nor it's publisher so I think it's unlikely.

I'm just saying Bethesda had a fit with Mojang using "Scrolls" as a game title, don't see why it couldn't happen again.

GREAT NEWS! This game is now 79% FUNDED! I never expected this, seriously. I just went onto Kickstarter and found this: "$5,707 pledged of $7,000 goal". And there are 24 days left of funding too! It looks like this game is actually going to be happening everyone.
