No, not the WHOLE SCHOOL (thank God) only my MultiMedia class, honestly, it's so horrid how this one class only uses Macs too, thus, not allowing us to work at home or at other places without Macs.

That's really loving creepy. My school also has a multimedia class, and that said class is the only class with macs with final cut installed, and everyone else has a windows computer....Do you go to hi-point?
Sorry, Adobe Premiere pro is the Windows version of Final Cut Pro, but I don't think it can run Final Cut Pro files. When you get the chance, Ask your teacher, they might know how to help also.
you could try exporting the files in final cut pro into a different format that a windows program can use
