Ephi has a past tendency to use childish excuses to ban someone from the server based on something that didn't even happen in the game.

He got me banned from 5 servers he was admin at because he didn't like me, his bull stuff excuses for "Problem player" are a joke when 3 people were spamming richards by me.

I've asked Badspot to double-check given all the various claims being made here. Whether he cares to or not is another story but I'm happy with my limited investigations. I won't be unbanning him.

So no, I wouldn't put it beyond him to just assume something.
