Okay, to keep this topic alive, here's what I have for the Options menu so far:

I don't think it's quite final yet if you ask me, so does anyone have any suggestions? Comments?

I promise I'll do more GUIs, don't worry. :)

Keep the black and white style to match the server set up windows

Ya I do think we should update the GUI and make it look nicer, the color scheme should stay the same and the logo is fine the way it is. But i love what your doing.

That really does look nice, although it is only in Photoshop so far. Again, if you release the images that you used for these then me and other mod makers can begin incorporating them into our mods.

Or you could just cut up his image and do it?

We can't write classes?

TorqueScript gives us all the tools needed to make our own window class. And yes, we have classes of some sort.

The quality wouldn't be as nice. I mean, I could just make my own - they're just rectangles.

But then it's going to be slow

Not at all.
Then how would you, for example, make the window draggable around without the movement being jaggy or laggy

Keep the black and white style to match the server set up windows

If you have the GUI style on green via the settings window, then the server window/loading screen is gonna be the same color.

Using mouse event controls. I won't go into too much detail, but it's quite possible and I have experience with it from my work with those main menu replacements. (Blockland Glass, etc)

I am fine with the changes, but I don't really like the metro-ish gui itself.
All the ideas (also that optionsdlg) are nice, but as the graphics, I would've rather had it be "loyal" to the old style.
