Theres only some ads, but you can remove them by paying for iTunes Match

kinda sad it's only available in US tho

The single thing wrong with the release: Music on iPad is terrible now.  They changed organize by album and artist to lists instead of the iTunes style grid, they also removed the icons for repeat and shuffle and replaced them with text buttons randomly off to the side, it's really ugly.
